Convenient location, surrounded by shops and night market. May need to walk from main road. Spacious and clean rooms, with daily cleaning and complimentary drinks. Close to Platinum fashion mall and other attractions. Hand sanitizer provided for safety.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the small valley inside narrow alleys is very convenient, as it is close to the main shopping area and there are plenty of food options easily available. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and I appreciated the option of having either 3 single beds or a king-size bed. The showers are also good, providing a refreshing experience. Lastly, the breakfast, which included vegetarian options, was served in the new building and although it had limited options, it was still satisfying.

The rooms are comfortable and equipped with modern amenities such as powerful air conditioning, a safe, and a minibar. The friendly staff provides excellent service and the hotel even offers a shuttle tuk-tuk service to the main shopping area. The location is perfect for food lovers, with an abundance of street food stalls and local cafes nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, especially considering its location in a crowded and busy street. The bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations on where to go and what to eat. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the Pratunam night market and within easy reach of big shopping centers and the nearest BTS station. We also enjoyed the street food right outside the hotel, particularly the delicious tom yan from a street vendor at night.

I had a fantastic stay at Citin Pratunam Bangkok thanks to its unbeatable location. Being within walking distance of popular shopping malls and markets was convenient. The street food and massage parlours nearby were also a great plus. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bellboys, especially Mr Krung, were kind and helpful throughout my stay. The free tuk tuk service to Platinum Mall and Ratchathewi BTS station was a nice touch. I highly recommend this budget hotel for a safe and comfortable stay near Pratunam.
